Protagon is operated by Van Moose (KvK: 97411698), based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. When we say “we,” “us,” or “Protagon,” we mean Van Moose.
Account data: Email address and name (via Clerk authentication).
Usage data: URLs you submit for video generation, generated video metadata, and interaction data (approve/reject decisions).
Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically.
We use your data to: provide the video generation service, improve output quality based on your approval/rejection patterns, process payments, send transactional emails (via Truncus), and maintain security.
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL, US region). Generated videos are stored in Cloudflare R2. Authentication is handled by Clerk. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Protagon: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (CDN/storage), Anthropic (AI processing), ElevenLabs/OpenAI (voice synthesis), and Truncus (email delivery).
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise these rights, email info@protagon.cc. When you delete your account, all associated data (batches, videos, generations) is permanently deleted.
We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk session cookies). We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage metrics. No third-party advertising cookies.
